It’s intended for cadets aged 13-15 and provides recognition of early youth group and cadetting skills that are often transferable into the world of work.
It gives learners the opportunity to develop their own personal growth and engagement in learning through the development of teamwork, personal skills and citizenship – and it’s also the qualification participants on our popular Schools Partnership Project achieve.
